US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Right now, we only ship within the United States. International shipping isn’t available yet—but stay tuned.

Every item is made to order, which means we don’t ship it the same day you click “buy.” Please allow 5–7 business days for us to handcraft your bag before it ships.

Once it's ready, you’ll get a tracking number, and it’ll ship via UPS. At checkout, you can choose your shipping speed—standard, expedited, or next-day (if you’re feeling fancy).

Just note: Shipping speed applies after the 5–7 day production time. So even if you choose overnight shipping, we still need time to make your bag.

We don’t pad shipping costs—what you see is what it actually costs to ship.

RETURNS

Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If there’s a problem with your order, email us within 7 days of receiving it at es20.info@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review it and get back to you quickly.

We’re a small operation—just one person making each piece by hand. That means we’re not set up for mass returns like the big guys, but we do stand behind the quality of every product. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
