Where are your bags made?
 All ES/20 bags are handmade in the USA, using carefully sourced leather and canvas. Each one is crafted start to finish with a lot of care.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
 Since everything’s made to order, I don’t offer exchanges right now. But if you're not happy with your bag, you can return it within 14 days of delivery—as long as it's unused and in its original condition. Check the Shipping & Returns page for more info.

How long does it take to get my order?
 Since everything’s made to order, I’ll email you personally once your bag is ready to ship. It might take a few extra days, but I promise it’s worth the wait.

Do you ship internationally?
 Not just yet—right now I only ship within the U.S. But I'm working on expanding that soon.

Can I request a custom bag or get it personalized?
 Not at the moment, but I do drop limited editions from time to time. Sign up for updates if you want first dibs.
